1. Manufacturing Operations
- Monitor line performance, lot movement, and WIP status
- Ensure achievement of daily/shift production targets
- Maintain process stability across manufacturing areas
2. Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Identify and analyse process, equipment, and material issues
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Escalate critical risks impacting production output
3. Process Optimisation & Continuous Improvement
- Improve yield, cycle time, downtime, and productivity
- Conduct time & motion studies for efficiency improvements
- Drive automation and dashboard-based monitoring
4. Production Target Achievement (4M Management)
- Achieve output targets using effective utilisation of
Man, Machine, Material, Method (4M)
- Ensure adherence to process queue time and BOM efficiency
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, OCAP, QMS, and safety guidelines

- Ensure accountability and ownership on shopfloor
9. Project Management
- Manage improvement projects from start to completion
- Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and budget
- Support new product/process introduction (NPI)
