Job Description
- Must have knowledge of Plastic Welding and Forming. Plastic Welding Technology such as Laser Welding, Hot Gas
- Welding, Ultrasonic Welding and will lead the technology in HIA Plant.
- Candidate must have work experience with Metal Interconnection Technology like Brazing Metals/Resistance.
- Candidate should have basic understanding of SMD Technology like how PCBA is manufactured in SMT Shop floor.
- Basic Knowledge of Soldering Processes (especially: Selective Soldering, Wave Soldering etc.) will add advantage.
- Good analytical skills and having an understanding of basic physics, engineering principles, and material science.
- Collaborating Attitude to work with internal customer and support as per required.
- Problem-solving skills and must adept and identify within production process and developing effective solutions.
- Candidate having work experience in Product like Radar,IBS etc will be preferred
- Candidate must have good command over English Language as he has workday today with German colleagues.
- Should have Safety and Regulatory Awareness (like: Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification etc.)
- Above all candidates must have learning approach and eagerness to learn during overseas training and workshop etc.
Qualifications
- Qualification: B.Tech in Electronics & Communication/Instrumentation/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 1 to 4 Years of Experience in SMT Production/Process
