Design, develop, and validate embedded hardware solutions with a focus on microcontroller/processor-based systems, power supply design, HVDC testing, and EMI/EMC-compliant products. Support the complete product development lifecycle from concept and prototyping through validation and production.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of embedded hardware circuits based on project requirements.
  • Develop and review schematics under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Support component selection, circuit calculations, and design verification activities.
  • Perform circuit simulations to check and improve circuit performance before building the hardware.
  • Perform hardware bring-up, functional testing, and debugging prototype boards.
  • Execute HVDC, power supply, and electronic load testing as per validation plans.
  • Support EMI/EMC pre-compliance testing and implement design improvements based on test results.
  • Analyze test data, document findings, and prepare validation reports.
  • Work closely with firmware and mechanical teams during product integration and testing.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and resolution of hardware issues found during development and production.
  • Maintain design documentation, test records, and engineering change updates.

What your background should look like

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in embedded hardware design and product development.
  • Strong knowledge of microcontroller/processor-based circuit design.
  • Hands-on experience in power supply design, HVDC testing, and electronic load applications.
  • Understanding of analog, digital, and power electronics concepts.
  • Familiarity with EMI/EMC design practices and compliance testing.
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB design/review tools such as Altium, OrCAD, or Cadence.
  • Proficient in using oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, and electronic loads for testing and debugging.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional product development environment.
