How can we foster innovation in electronics? Would awards for R&D and NPD teams be a good starting point? And which sectors should we focus on?
EFY’s Auto R&D Awards aim to answer these questions. While there are numerous awards recognising CXOs, there is a lack of recognition for R&D and New Product Development teams, those who hold the power to transform India from a ‘consumer’ to a ‘creator’ nation. With this in mind, we launched these awards to honour innovation in the automotive and EV ecosystems. The inaugural edition was held alongside MOVES 2026, a conference dedicated to R&D and innovation in these sectors, co-located with EFY Expo Pune 2026.
