Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and clients to review PCB designs for DFA and DFM compliance
- Analyze and identify potential issues in PCB designs that could affect manufacturing or assembly processes
- Provide recommendations to enhance manufacturability and assembly efficiency, ensuring reduced production costs and time
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and manufacturing standards
- Ensure that designs align with industry standards and client requirements
- Prepare reports and documentation for design analysis and improvement suggestions
- Communicate effectively with US-based clients, addressing any design-related queries or issues
Other Requirements
- Basic understanding of PCB design and manufacturing processes (training will be provided)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts to accommodate US client schedules
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying design improvements
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 – 3,00,000 /year
