Greaves Electric Mobility Limited, the electric mobility arm of Greaves Cotton Limited, has launched the Ampere Magnus Neo, an upgraded version of its Magnus electric scooter with the tagline “The Power of More.” Designed to build on the Magnus series, the Magnus Neo aims to make eco-friendly travel more accessible, stylish, and affordable. It is an evolution of the Ampere Magnus EX, offering improvements in style, power, strength, safety, and savings.
The Magnus Neo offers key features for a better riding experience. It comes in five dual-tone colours—Metallic Red, Glacial White, Ocean Blue, Galactic Grey, and Glossy Black. It delivers up to 65 mph speeds with improved acceleration for city rides. The 12-inch alloy wheels provide strength and stability. The battery comes with a warranty of 5 years or 75,000 km, whichever is earlier. The LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery adds safety and sets a new standard in its category.
The company claims that Magnus Neo is designed for modern commuting with features that cater to family riders. It offers a certified range of over 100 km, three riding modes with a reverse option for easy manoeuvring, and a portable battery for convenient charging anytime. A USB charging port powers devices, while optional smart connectivity caters to tech-savvy users. The battery charges safely and efficiently within 5-6 hours.
