Job Description
- Support electrical design activities for Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), including functional partition analysis, schematic capture, and PCB layout support.
- Perform electrical design verification, including logic compatibility, AC/DC loading, margin analysis, timing verification, component-level thermal analysis, and power analysis.
- Participate in prototype builds, board bring-up, and validation of designs against specifications.
- Provide troubleshooting support for ESD/EMI/ENV issues, propose and implement countermeasures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in Irvine, Osaka, and offshore locations.
- Prepare and maintain electrical design documentation, including test plans and technical reports.
- Act as a bridge between offshore teams and on-site engineering staff.
- Support urgent issue resolution in high-pressure environments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure design, validation, and verification tasks are completed.
