Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain test equipment (bench instruments and/or ATE systems). 30%
- Support validation and characterisation activities by preparing setups and monitoring tests. -25%
- Perform soldering and rework on PCBs as needed. 15%
- Collaborate with global teams (Malaysia, US, and China) to ensure smooth equipment usage and issue resolution. – 10%
- Assist with tester debugging and maintenance tasks under guidance. – 10%
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of lab processes and test setups. -10%
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor/validation/test lab environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of bench equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, SMUs, DMMs, LCR meters, etc.) and/or ATE systems.
- Experience in PCB handling, soldering, and rework.
- Familiarity with ESD and lab safety protocols.
