Qualifications and Experience Details

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in TIC industry Educational

Qualification Required: B.tech Electronics and Communication/ Electricals and MBA (Preferable)

Skills and experience Required:

• Must be from TIC industry.
• Hands on experience of Sales in TIC industry (Testing, Inspection and Certifications).
• Should be Proactive, energetic, and innovative.
• Willingness to travel as and when required.
• Ability to give response on customers’ queries instantly.
• Good technical and presentation skills.
• Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships
• Should have experience to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask
• Ability to achieve the sales target in given timeline.
• Ability to convert the maximum sales enquiry into confirmed sales leads.
• Should have good client networks.

Work Responsibilities:

• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and applications.
• Develop a strategic sales plan.
• Generate new business and ensure growth of existing business.
• Develop, prepare, and present sales proposal/quotation in a clear, detailed, and accurate manner to new customers or renew orders from existing customers. Achieving deadlines for submission of quotation.
• Research in detail about the competitors’ strategies and services.
• Work in collaboration with the testing and the Sales team members.
• Creating sales reports by analyzing all the sales information.
• Make short-term and long-term goals for the sales. Maintain record of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, contacts, and correspondence in company database. Achieve the short term and long-term sales target within the timeline.
• Maintain a strong relationship with the old and existing customers
• Provide training sessions for the sales team members.
• Assist the customers in resolving problems related to the products.
• Understand all technical aspects of the company service.
