Experience: 2-4 years
Shift: Rotational (will include UK & US shift)
- Handle technical support related queries for customers.
- Provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers.
- Ensure timely resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction.
- Help customer resolve product related issues.
- Help with product integration.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate department and ensure to solve the issue working with the L2/L3 team within SLA.
