Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Soldering & Assembly Technician to perform precision assembly and soldering of electronic components and PCBs. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team to assemble products to quality and safety standards in a timely manner.
- Perform hand soldering (THT and SMT) of electronic components on PCBs according to IPC standards.
- Operate and maintain soldering equipment, rework stations, and heat guns.
- Assemble mechanical and electronic sub-assemblies per drawings and instructions.
- Inspect solder joints for quality (visual or under microscope) and perform rework/repair as needed.
- Follow ESD protocols, assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
- Assist with testing and validation of assembled units.
