Emerson has launched the NI mioDAQ, its most advanced USB-powered Data Aquisition (DAQ) device, developed to streamline setup and enhance performance.

The NI mioDAQ, part of Emerson’s expanding USB DAQ product line, integrates advanced technology designed to simplify the workflow of engineers. Equipped with high-resolution and high-speed analog-to-digital converters, it ensures precise measurements for a wide range of test and measurement tasks, making it ideal for professionals in fields like electronics testing, system diagnostics, and research development.

“Emerson’s focus on addressing the needs of engineers is evident in every feature of this device,” says Christelle Mazella, Senior Manager, Test & Measurement at element14. “The NI mioDAQ offers a significant enhancement in data acquisition technology, delivering both superior performance and ease of use,” he added.

Built for ease, the device includes USB Type-C connectivity and a QR code-linked setup page for quick accessibility. The device caters to engineers and technicians working on desktop electronics and firmware debugging, power characterization of printed circuit boards, or electromechanical systems testing. The inclusion of all necessary accessories, like a USB cable and bundled software, ensures users can get started immediately.

Additionally, it supports multiple programming languages such as LabVIEW, Python, C/C++, VB.NET, and C#, further enhancing its versatility. The compatibility with FlexLogger Lite and LabVIEW Suite integrates it into broader testing environments, allowing seamless data acquisition for professionals in the field.

Engineers across regions can access the device through distribution partners, including Farnell in EMEA, element14 in APAC, and Newark in North America.
