Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, specialising in industrial motor behaviour, predictive maintenance, and model-based development (MBD). The role involves developing digital twins of AC/DC motors, implementing fault detection algorithms and integrating AI/ML models for real-time health monitoring and predictive maintenance of motors. The candidate will work on embedded systems, electronics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop dynamic motor models and digital twins using MATLAB/Simulink for predictive maintenance.
- Implement signal processing algorithms (FFT, Wavelet, Hilbert) for motor current signature analysis.
- Design and deploy AI/ML algorithms for fault detection and Remaining Useful Life (RUL) estimation for motoes
- Perform MIL-SIL-HIL testing and deploy algorithms on embedded platforms
- Create real-time dashboards for motor health monitoring using MATLAB App Designer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement condition-based monitoring
- Generate Motor protection algorithm using Simulation
