Roles & Responsibilities
- Making PR for request received from internal stakeholders
- Releasing PO to supplier for material required and get material within required timelines.
- Getting vendor registration documents from new supplier and register them in system
- Supplier sourcing as per specs shared by requester.
- Order acknowledgement and ensure timely delivery of materials at Unbox Robotics.
- Resolution of any issues during the GRN or receipt of materials in SAP.
- Reject material disposition with suppliers.
- Coordinating with finance team for timely payment to supplier
- Working with logistics team to get shipments from domestic suppler and provide required documents
- Ordering mechanical parts like Sheet metal, Machining parts and other bought out items
- Daily monitoring of POs sent and their ETA to plan development activities
- Follow-up with supplier for mechanical rejected items and quality team
Requirements
- Knowledge of MS excel
- Excellent knowledge of ordering mechanical components preferably sheet metal and machining parts
- Good Negotiation skills
- SAP Knowledge preferable
Good to Have
- Fluent in multiple languages – Marathi, Hindi, English
- Candidate having experience in procurement of mechanical items in OEM
Eligible Candidates
- Desired Qualification: B.E. degree in Electronics
- Work Experience: 0-1 Year
