The key features are:

  • Lightweight design – Weighs less than 11 grams for easy integration
  • Ultra-fast response time – Reacts in under 4 seconds (τ63%) for efficient thermal management
  • High accuracy – ±1 K precision ensures reliable temperature control
  • Wide operating range – Functions between -40 °C to +150 °C for versatile applications
  • Optimized powertrain performance – Enhances EV system efficiency through precise thermal regulation

It exhibits strong resistance to ZF EcoFluid E gear oil, further enhancing durability in electric drive systems. The ITS also provides a customizable resistance-temperature (RT) curve, allowing engineers to tailor it to specific application needs. Available in multiple mounting configurations, it supports flexible integration into various EV cooling architectures.

The  sensor offers a range of advanced features designed to enhance EV powertrain cooling and thermal management. With an ultra-fast response time of under 4 seconds, it ensures efficient temperature regulation, improving system performance. Engineered to withstand extreme conditions, the sensor operates at temperatures up to +150 °C and features a fully sealed design, making it ideal for immersion applications. Its optimized resistance-temperature (RT) curve enhances accuracy, while its lightweight construction (<11 g) allows for easy installation across various configurations.
