Designed for continuous 24×7 deployment, the system is engineered to withstand harsh thermal and mechanical stress, supporting operations in environments ranging from –40°C to +85°C. The platform is built around the Intel Core i5-1145G7E processor and integrates Intel Iris Xe graphics to enable advanced visualization and multi-display human-machine interface (HMI) applications.

The key features are:

  • Intel Core i5-1145G7E (11th Gen Tiger Lake) processor
  • Operating temperature range: –40°C to +85°C
  • 5x Gigabit Ethernet and 4x configurable UART ports
  • Multi-display support with Intel Iris Xe graphics
  • Compact rugged enclosure with legacy and modern I/O interfaces

The compact onboard computer targets mission-critical roles across defence and heavy industry. Intended applications include command and control systems, mission computers, radar and electronic warfare subsystems, surveillance platforms, transportation infrastructure, industrial control systems, and edge analytics installations.

A key differentiator is its broad industrial I/O capability, designed to support both legacy and modern interfaces. The system features five Gigabit Ethernet ports, four software-configurable UART ports, four USB 2.0 ports, and one USB 3.0 port, along with support for Ethernet, serial communication, DVI, audio, and additional expansion options. This flexibility allows system integrators to deploy the platform across diverse operational scenarios without extensive hardware redesign.

The rugged enclosure is optimized for edge deployments where space constraints and environmental exposure are critical factors. With long life-cycle program support, the platform is positioned as a reliable alternative to imported rugged computing systems, aligning with India’s push for indigenous technology development while also targeting international markets. The company has also outlined plans to expand into AI-enabled edge computing platforms, focusing on sensor fusion, advanced analytics, and next-generation defence computing requirements.
