Srinivasa Moorthy, Chief - Strategy & New Initiatives, Zettaone Technologies

Srinivasa Moorthy is a veteran technocrat with nearly four decades of experience in the Electronics and IT industry, specialising in electronic product design, engineering, and large-scale manufacturing. He currently serves as Chief of Strategy & New Initiatives at Zettaone Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., and is also Director – Design Engineering at D4X Technologies, while advising Precision Infomatics Group on technology strategy. Moorthy has led innovation across diverse sectors including telecom, networking, medical devices, avionics, defence, and consumer electronics. His core expertise lies in design engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI), with a strong track record of helping small and medium electronics companies scale from concept to high-volume production—especially in regulated industries. An advocate of structured product development, he has developed the “DEFINE” framework, enabling SMEs to build robust, scalable products. Beyond industry, he is a passionate educator and subject matter expert in electronics across domains such as automotive, industrial systems, and medical devices. He regularly teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students, speaks at industry conferences, and contributes to leading technical publications. He holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Industrial Electronics from National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) and actively mentors deep-tech startups in product development and business scaling.
