Your Tasks

Job Objective:

  • Maintain QMS Documents, Execution & Control of OJT, Observed – Verify process control parameter, Production Preparation for new products & ECN.

Duties and Responsibilities

A) Instruct, Train, Measure:

    • Instruct and train new employees on Shop floor (On Job Training).
    • Prepare & maintain Multiskilling plan of Shop Floor Operator.
    • Maintain & Control documentation of Shop floor.
    • Review & Standardize process (Prepare WI / SOP).
    • Recording of manufacturing data according to the production department, carrying out bookings accompanying production (SAP).
    • Record, review & monitor critical process control documents.
    • Instruct and train staff in terms of quality, machinery, tools, and equipment.
    • Prepare daily MIS report (Production, OEE, FPY, process rejection, NQE etc.).

B) Setting up, Conversion, Checking, Running in

  • Create sample parts following the occurrence of faults and review the parts by visual test characteristics (Poison test) And / or with instruments and gages (To judge machine /equipment conditions).
  • Observe and verify the process parameters in ongoing production, modify parameter settings within TPMD specifications when tolerance limits are exceeded, inform the appropriate departments if required.
  • Monitor and support maintenance and servicing, as well as implementing quality assurance measures.
  • Perform quality controls and set-up release according to SQS instructions (operator self-check).
  • Change wear parts, e.g. stamps on tools during ongoing series production.
  • Implement deviation analyses and create 5 Why analyses.
  • Implement and follow up production-relevant measures.
  • Provide support to ensure that the agreed production targets in the area of responsibility are achieved in terms of quality, cost, schedule, service and cooperation.

Your Qualifications

  • Diploma /B Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
  • 0.5-1 Yrs. in Manufacturing Industry
